The “double income home agency parents” (Foreign Domestic Workers, after-school class) that are derived from the double income family emerge one after another. The low birth rate causes parents too spoiled children and causes the so-called "helicopter parents." In addition, the phenomena of moral destruction and negative social phenomena have already constituted a serious threat to the mental healthy development of the children in the country. The irresponsible phenomenon has become more and more serious. Changing the social atmosphere and rebuilding the correct values will have the opportunity to guide evil for good. The purpose of this paper is to explore the meaning of responsible education and apply the classic eight quotations from the Analects of Confucius to the attitude of “introspection and responsibility” in elementary school students nowadays. The elementary school children are in the ages of 6-12 years old. From children's psychology and counseling studies found in 6-12 years old of school age children their physical and mental development of all aspects of the specification and very easy to teach and standardize, living environment influence also occupies a very important factor. This article intends to use elementary school children as the research object. Through the teaching of the concept of moral education, we hope that students can understand responsibility, self-discipline, self-examination, self-consciousness, and courage to take responsibility. Through the cultivation of morality, it is important to strengthen its understanding of the core values of "taking responsibility". This article aims at the “responsible” behavior of the students, through “concept analysis”, “ideological discussion” and “design, implementation, and analysis of teaching programs”, to try to conduct more in-depth discussions to understand whether “responsibility” in moral education actually exists. What is the meaning? How to tutor elementary school students cultivate responsible attitude? Through the whole process of research, the author integrates into the learning environment through moral education and moral responsibility arguments, enhances students' understanding of the core values of moral character, recognizes the concept of moral responsibility, and cultivates behavior that conforms to social norms. From the implementation of precept and example education, students should learn to take responsibility for their own duties in their daily lives, and strive to be an honest and responsible child.
