Description
Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 建築系在職專班 === 106 === For Huafan University, the teaching of self-created students in schools has become an inevitable trend. However, the impact of the source of wood raw materials with excessive moisture content is gradually accentuating the presentation of teaching results. The proportion of woodland in Taiwan ranks second highest in the world, but more than 90% of the supply of wood raw materials is imported from abroad. Due to the past forest conservation policy, the forestry-related industrial chain has shrunk severely. Faced with a small amount of wood demand, even if the course has a higher budget to order a certain amount of raw materials, it still has to negotiate with the timber supplier to arrange the shipping schedule and roughing time. In addition, students have to overcome the risk of continued dry cracking and deformation due to excessive moisture content of the wood itself. In this study, the drying of wood raw materials was used as a solution to the process of wood moisture and the subsequent results. It has been confirmed by experiments that the wood microwave drying equipment introduced in the school has high efficiency and stable drying ability. The equipment can provide long-term, stable and large-scale supply of wood with a dryness below the equilibrium water content. It not only expands the selectivity and price of the teachers and students in the school, but also re-drys the wet wood.
