Due to its characteristics of free of charge, convenient and diverse, almost every organization applies LINE to its workplace and also well received. The purpose of this research is to explore the current practice of the LINE about its advantages and limitations. The in-depth interview approach has been conducted with the given elementary school faculty and staff. The results shows as follows: First, LINE could facilitate the user’s interaction frequency and broadness with cost and time effective and free of charge. Second, conversation atmosphere in the same group makes people comfortable but the attitude will be affected if the group is open to public and with different people from other group. Third, using LINE may have some faults of expressions, so it needs other media equipment to fix the problems. Forth, don’t count on it for everything to avoid working pressure.
