In this study, six Fragrance factory was selected as the research object. The distribution area is in North、Central and South Taiwan. The standard sampling method is reference CLA4002 and CLA4001 using personal sampler with total dust and respirable dust sampling box。Environment The analysis method of dust heavy metals is carried out with reference to CLA3011 for analysis, statistical analysis of the average number and standard deviation, and simultaneous measurement of the operating environment (temperature, humidity, CO2 and wind speed) of the incense factory. As the research results show, The total concentration of dust in the operating environment of the six fragrance factories ranged from 1.66 to 3.01 mg/m3; the concentration of respirable dust ranged from 0.97 to 2.16 mg/m3。It is also found that the areas with high dust mass concentration are fragrant area and pre-treatment area. The results of heavy metal analysis in dust showed that all six of them contained five heavy metals such as barium(Ba), chromium(Cr), lead(Pb), nickel(Ni) and zinc(Zn), and none of them detected arsenic(As) or cobalt(Co), manganese(Mn), and zinc(Zn) and barium (Ba) content is the highest.
