碩士 === 醒吾科技大學 === 資訊科技應用系 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to study the application of Bluetooth Low Energy assistance in the management of personnel differential service - taking a Baby Care Center in New Taipei city as an example. The purpose of this study is to change the current personnel management operation, to improve the administrative efficiency of the management of the Baby Care Center, and to reduce the labor cost by reducing the manual work. In the study, through literature analysis and analog smart phone and Bluetooth Low Energy two technology characteristics, auxiliary personnel management, applied to the Bluetooth of work staff and managers' mobile phone, through the location of job placement and the time of sensing, the real-time network will return to the system database servo. In order to save human management and public money, it can quickly provide the number of new managers to the staff.
