After these, the present intellectual revolution comes to the forth revolution in human civilization. Each revolution inspires social progression and development. In the twenty first century, intelligence has become the most important capital. Moreover, the completion among enterprises transforms traditional capital into intellectual capital. Further, it is crucial to prompt knowledge management (KM) to form intellectual capital. Therefore, making good use of knowledge management is one of the critical key points to all the enterprises. By creating the brand-new knowledge management system, the enterprises will maintain their competitive advantage. Knowledge management indeed helps enterprises keep their innovative motivation. To become one innovative and remarkable enterprise, the characteristics of organizational culture and the mode of knowledge innovation are influential factors for the achievements of enterprises. That is to say, in order to increase the innovative performance, every enterprise should adopt the proper knowledge management in different organizational culture. This study aims to discuss how Taiwan industrial knowledge management takes the advantage of organizational culture to promote innovative performance of enterprises. By using SPSS 19 and the analysis methods, including descriptive statistics, regression analysis, T-test and analysis of variance, this study could analyze the database. The results show that the knowledge management is significant to organizational culture and the influence of innovational performance. The organizational culture is significant to innovational performance, and what’s more, different personal educational backgrounds and the numbers of employees have different effects on knowledge management, organizational culture and innovational performance.
