The first set of data is collected by questionnaire. The second set of data was collected from the database of Hofstede’s Value Survey Module (VSM). The data was then analyzed by with SPSS software. The results show that there is a correlation between cultural values and CSP. There is also a correlation between organizaitonal characteristics and CSP.
