Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 企業管理學系 === 106 === This thesis aims to identify factors influencing job satisfaction of employees in Tien Giang Power Company. The results showed that the employee satisfaction is directly influenced by two factors: (1) "working conditions, opportunities for personal development and subsistence" factor, and (2) "leadership and fair income distribution" factor. Both factors have a positive effect on employee satisfaction on their assigned work, but the intensity of their impact varies. The factor of "working conditions, opportunities for personal development and living standards" has a greater impact (Beta factor is 0.629), the "equity and equitable distribution" factor has a smaller effect. (Beta factor is 0.271), both of which account for 65.7% of the variable "job satisfaction".
