Students in grades 1 to 3 in the second semester of the 106 academic year in kaohsiung as population. The total class size is approximately 82 classes, totaling approximately 2,375 students. The cross-sectional survey method and stratified cluster sampling method were used to sample 275 students. The data obtained from the questionnaire survey were analyzed. The results of the study were found as follows: 1. The knowledge of junk food subjects was high, and there were significant differences in "gender". Girls had better knowledge of junk food than boys. The amount of junk food consumed by the students interviewed was the highest one or two times per week. The number of fired food is the most common. 2. The daily consumption of junk food by the study participants will be significantly different due to the different levels of “weekly pocket money.” Among them, the research object of 1,000 NT Dollars or more has the highest frequency of purchase and consumption of junk food, and the more pocket money, the more junk food times are consumed. Girls can refuse junk food compared with boys. 3. . The eating habits of junk foods are related to the knowledge of junk food, the attitude to junk food, and the rejection of the self-efficiency of junk food. The more adequate junk food knowledge, the more correct attitude towards junk food, and the greater the rejection of junk food performance. The frequency of eating junk foods will be lower. 4. Regression analysis showed that the total variation of the study population was 21.3%. The variable had 21.3% of the explanatory power for the behavior of eating junk food. Including “junk food attitude” and “refuse junk food Self-efficacy" and "Knowledge of junk food" can effectively predict the eating behavior of junk foods. Among them, "refuse junk food self-efficacy" has the strongest degree of explanation. Chuan-Chun Wu 吳傳春 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 82 zh-TW
