Accordingly, this research focused on using VoiceTube in English lessons at junior high schools. The goals of the research are as follows: (1) The infleunce of the study of junior high students’ learning motivation. (2) The infleunce of the study of junior high students’ learning achievement. (3) The students’ viewpoint of VoiceTube. The object of the research is to select three classses of eighth graders in junior high school. The experimental group receives “the use of VoiceTube in class” and the control group receives “traditional English teaching method”. The number of the students is 102; the total of the experimental teaching is 12 weeks. Researcher collected both quantity and quality data by conducting English achievement tests, English learning motivation questionnaire and the questionnaire with students'' feedbacks after VoiceTube learning activities. The research results are as follows: (1) There was a significant difference between the experiment group and the control group in their learning achievement for learning English. (2) There was a significant difference in the lower-achieving students of experiment group in their learning achievement for learning English. (3) There was a significant difference between the experiment group and the control group in their learning motivation for learning English. Through the questionnaire, most students of the experiment group reported that the use of VoiceTube helped them a lot in learning English.
