Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理碩博士班 === 106 === The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among the teachers'' recreation sports participation, job satisfaction and job performance and to analyze the differences between different background variables. The study adopted the method of questionnaire survey with purposive sampling. The target samples of this investigation were public elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City in 2017 academic year. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation. The results are as follows: (1)According to the demographic variables, the study found that there are significant differences between male and female teachers'' recreation sports participation and job performance. Male teachers participate more recreation sports than female teachers;job performance of male teachers is better than that of female teachers. (2)The job performance of the married teachers is better than that of unmarried teachers. (3) There are no significant differences between age, teaching seniority and job position on recreation sports participation. (4) Teachers with recreation sports participation have higher job satisfaction than those without recreation sports participation. (5) There is significant correlation between recreation sports participation and job satisfaction and job performance. That means elementary school teacher can participate some recreational sports to relieve the pressure, keep the spirit up and then increase job satisfaction and job performance. (6) There is significant correlation between job satisfaction and job performance. That means the higher job satisfaction, the better job performance.
