Apart from continuing the long-term care services provided in the past ten years, it also promoted the prevention of health care to the front-end and reduced, and delaying disability. Connected to the back-end, the care service for prevention and care will expand the resources of the government, enterprises, non-profit organizations, neighborhoods, and families to jointly create a friendly and old-age living environment while reducing the burden of family care. This study focuses on the empirical analysis of the spatial distribution and facility inventory of the service bases provided by the Long Term Care 2.0. To examine the spatial distribution of existing long-term care sites in Kaohsiung through spatial statistics and LISA analysis. The study found that the Long-term 2.0 demand facilities in Kaohsiung City all have spatial autocorrelation distribution. With the addition of potentially available facilities, the autocorrelation phenomenon has improved, but the urban-rural gap has not changed. Apparently, the problem of upgrading the current service level of Long-term 2.0 is not to improve the coverage of the base. Additionally, the Long-term care service quality analysis found that the Long-term care attendants, care managers, lack of human resources, volunteers participate rate was short of information disclosure, it is hard to define the service quality in this study. It suggested that the Long-term care should focus on the inventory of Long-term care attendants, care managers, and volunteers workforce in the future so that the Long-term care can achieve sustainable development.
