Therefore, the key point of this research is to discussed the relationship between time management, troops management regulations, cadre attitudes and the adapted of military life. Take the new recruits of Naval Recruits Training Center and the Marine Corps Recruits Training Center as an example, issued 360 questionnaires, The study instruments were〝troops time management scale〞, 〝troops management regulations scale〞,〝cadre attitudes scale〞, 〝life adaption scale〞. All the data were analyzed by statistics and factor analysis, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Regression. The result of the study are as follows: (1)There are obvious influence between internal management and life adaption on new recruits. (2)New recruits Demographic changes had a significant impact on life adaption. (3)The internal management, Regression of Demographic changes had a significant impact on life adaption. Besides, this study not only explains the results of the analysis but also discusses about the application of research results, and the following recommendations are made to the cadre of the Naval Recruits Training Center: (1)Strengthen internal management, implement risk management surely. (2)Pay much attention to individual differences, grasp their urgent requirement. (3)Upgrade Crisis sensitivity of the basic level cadres, discovery the difficulties of the new recruits.
