Summary:碩士 === 景文科技大學 === 旅遊管理系觀光與餐旅管理碩士班 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to understand the differences between the different backgrounds of church members on activity participation motivation, experience value and satisfaction, the influence of activity participation motivation on experience value and the influence of activity participation motivation and experience value on satisfaction. The research method uses the questionnaire survey method and the sampling method uses the census, the object is the Taiwan Harmony Friends Church’s members, has visited the Green World Ecological Farm for the research scope. The questionnaire included four parts: different demographic variables, activity participation motivation scale, experience value scale and satisfaction scale, and 229 questionnaires were received. The data collected was quantified by IBM SPSS 22.0 , the analysis show that: First, mostly the participants in the activities were women, Morningstar Fellowship, with tertiary education level, service industry and the soldier, the civil servant,teacher, unmarried,and once in the Green World Ecological Farm. Secondly, there are some significant differences in the activity participation motivation, experience value and satisfaction between the participants of different demographic statistics. Third,there is a significant positive correlation between activity participation motivation and experience value. Fourth,the active participant motivation and the experience value after participating in activities have positive and significant influence on satisfaction. Five, the activity participation motivation can do the influence to the satisfaction through the mediation effect of the experience value, and its mediation effect is the full mediation.
