Description
Summary:碩士 === 開南大學 === 商學院碩士在職專班 === 106 === This study explores the impact of National Service volunteer sergeants’ job rotation on their self-fulfillment. The National Service volunteer military sergeants have experienced a variety of work and job rotations, and the rotation of the island and the outer islands in Taiwan, which have made their military career richer and more varied. In the process, they should increase their sense of achievement and self-satisfaction. In this study, a non-commissioned officer was selected as the study objects. A total of 269 valid questionnaires were collected to analyze the impact of job rotation on self-realization. Through empirical analysis, it was confirmed that work rotation has a significant positive effect on self-realization, and rotation perception is more influential to self-realization than rotation intention. It is suggested that non-commissioned officers should grasp the opportunities for work rotation and continuously improve the level of self-realization. It is suggested that the head of government should take charge of the education and training of non-commissioned officers, especially with a deeper understanding and correct understanding of the work rotation.
