Summary: | 碩士 === 開南大學 === 資訊學院碩士在職專班 === 106 === In this study we creat new models on the distribution station in freight industry and discusses the development and improvement of new operating systems based on the opinions and needs by our customers. We try to solve the operational problems of the operators ,get better decision-making information, reduce the user's manual error in operations, and lower the company's business risks.
The purpose of establishing a freight distribution station is to serve its own contracted customers in the region and to distribute freight of themself and their consumers within their own area. For early-stage, they faced less competition. A period of time later, Rapid development caused supervisors in direct station to be unsatisfied with management. They left and establish their own businesses everywhere. With rising commadity prices, labor awareness, lack of financial management capabilities, and increasing competitors, internal fraud has emerged in an endless stream. Cooperating companies have become increasingly rampant, and internal problems in freight distribution stations have gradually emerged.
In this study, from the company's operations, we try to discusses the operation status of the freight distribution station to understand what the demand for the operation system of the freight distribution station is. And put forward a new operating system for the needs of freight distribution stations in this industry to solve the problem. Therefore, based on the industry's specifications, we try to improve the company's operating efficiency, reduce labor costs, improve manual operations, reduce staff fraud.
By developing "Logistics Information System" through Codelgniter and bodelgniter, we focus on the most used systems, i.e. "human resource management", "customer relationship management", "station operation management", "vehicle management system" and "shipment management" , "accounting management", the results of the development will provide follow-up testers, users, maintainers as a reference.
