However, the planning of airport rescue is not easily understood by the public. The number of Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport passengers reached 42.29 million in 2016 and reached 48.88 million in 2017. The growth rate is faster than Singapore Changi Airport and Hong Kong Chek Lap Kok Airport. Faced with the rapid growth in passenger traffic, the originally designed passenger terminals and aprons are no longer sufficient. Therefore, Taoyuan Airport has begun to build Terminal 3 and plan the expansion of Terminal 2 project. In addition, Taiwan Taoyuan Airport MRT operated in March 2017. With an increase in the number of passengers per year and an increase in the number of airport expansion projects, the probability of accidents will increase. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the airport rescue manpower and vehicles in accordance with the airport emergency plan.
