It is best to explain and predict behavior so that the organization can develop in the direction we want. A total of 650 questionnaires were sent out in this study, and 563 points were collected. The sample was mainly used by employees in Taiwan's business units, mainly in the discussion of Positive Occupational Attributional Style, Positive Affectivity and organizational citizenship behavior. This study adopts a convenient sampling questionnaire survey. The study found that: 1. Positive Occupational Attributional Style has a positive impact on Positive Affectivity; 2. Positive Occupational Attributional Style has a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. The paper concludes with recommendations for future research and practical applications.
