Taiwan is also affected by this trend, and then the culture of entrepreneurship is getting more popular. However, the success of entrepreneurship requires some important essential factors, such as entrepreneurship, personality resilience, personality traits, and emotional intelligence. Hence, this study aimed to explore the factors affecting entrepreneurial success. Particularly, it was to examine the relationships among the entrepreneurship, personality resilience, personality traits, emotional intelligence, and entrepreneurial success. Qualitative method was used in this study and semi-structured approach was utilized to interview six entrepreneurs. The result showed that the autonomy of entrepreneurship, the control of personality resilience, the diligence and honesty of personality traits, and the empathy of emotional intelligence had a highly positive effect on entrepreneurial success. Also, most of the entrepreneurial difficultties were fund and personnel factors. As the solutions for the entrepreneurial difficulties, the entrepreneurs should plan completely to employ their funds and improve the relationship between employee and employer. Moreover, there were twelve critical factors of entrepreneurial success, including employee, fund, financial control, self-management, corporate vision, business planning, marketing capability, working ambition, marketing acceptance, entrepreneurial opportunity, industry experience, and luck. Finally, the implication of this study for entrepreneur is to examine the characteristics of self- entrepreneurship, enhance the ability of stress resistance, strengthen the ability of emotional regulation, and master the key resources, which all lead to achieve the goal of entrepreneurial success.
