In this study, the chief executive officer of the Executive Yuan published the salary and gross domestic product during the period from 1980 to 2017 as the object of analysis. Then using the ADF unit root test, cointegration test, the vector error correction model before the Granger causality test. This study finds that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the wage of Johansen and the economic growth, and the long-term wage is positively related to the economic growth. This study finds that through the Johansen co-integration test, there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between salary and economic growth. Through the Granger causality check, it is found that economic growth changes lead the salary growth.
