The LED welcome lamp is designed by ZEMAX optical design software and simulated by the TracePro optical software. After that, the SolidWorks 3D mechanical software is used to design the mechanism system. The 3D printer draws the machine components and assembles them for actual projection testing. In addition, in the tunnel light fixture part, the SolidWorks 3D drawing software will be used to create the light source model. The TracePro optical simulation software will be used to analyze the light distribution curve and obtain the IES light source file. At the final step, the IES file will be imported into the LITESTAR lighting engineering software for the simulation of the tunnel internal lighting. The experiment is based on the International Commission on Illumination (Internationl Commission on Illumination,CIE) standard. The total uniformity should be equal or greater than 0.4, the longitudinal uniformity equal or greater than 0.6 and the glare value should be equal or less than 15%.
