This paper is targeted at the case of road collapse accident caused by urban shield project, collects the causes of accidents, emergency measures and engineering rebuilding, and analyzes and discusses, and the case of the collapse of the road caused by the disaster caused by the cable tunnel construction of Taipower, discuss the disaster relief, disaster prevention and emergency response systems and preventive measures during the disaster of the shield tunnel, and analyze the prevention and rescue of tunnel collapse disasters through case studies. The results show that the cases are caused by groundwater damage caused by the collapse of the shield tunnel, In the initial stage, CLSM backfilling was not effective in emergency water treatment. It was necessary to use site grouting method, freezing method, wall method (adding water gate) and backfilling earthwork to remedy the problem, and accumulating sand packs and subsidence ground in the depression of the shield tunnel to carry out reinforcement grouting to stabilize the stratum; In personnel training and emergency notification, the ability to report emergency response should be strengthened, and establish a construction group communication platform, using the communication platform to immediately respond to strain response and disaster situation ; In the disaster area and personnel control, the safety of the disaster area should be determined first, personnel entering the disaster area are followed by security control personnel, emergency response team personnel, the public and the media to maintain control in the disaster area. In order to reduce the occurrence of disasters in the shield tunnel, the monitoring points should be increased in the sections within the scope of construction and the monitoring equipment should be set close to the location (depth) of the shields to grasp the changes in site behavior and play the monitoring and early warning function; I In the planning, design stage and construction stage, risk assessment must be carried out, hazard analysis should be carried out, countermeasures should be prepared, construction safety standards for high-risk operations should be established for possible situations, and construction risk management meetings should be held regularly to achieve management effectiveness and reduce disasters, Scope and scale to avoid unpredictable disasters caused by lack of construction experience.
