Electricity transformer is the power conversion and connection work in electricity power transmission and distribution electricity power system.If there is a defect or fault in working, the power transformer will cause the power supply problem.This study applied Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)of Multi-criteria decision making methods, taking the selection of power system transformer suppliers as the purpose of this study , and evaluated and discussion the weight of the selection indicators of " selection supplier ". First of all, reviewing to the criteria and attributes of the literature, the more important 7 supplier selection major criteria and 31 sub-criteria are sorted out, followed by the questionnaire distribution for the first time interview with experts with selected transformer suppliers , The integration of expert advice, delete not important major criteria and sub-criterias .Then construct the criteria of supplier selection index in this study . The criteria of the study includes 6 criteria and 27 sub-criteria such as "price"、"delivery efficiency"、"quality aspect"、"customer service"、"technical capability" and "corporate organization. " The conclusion of the study is that the first is "quality aspect ", the second is "price", and the third is " customer service" .In this study, the senior experts in the industry are surveyed, and the weight value between each criterion and attribute is sorted out by the analytic hierarchy process method, which is used as the decision making reference for selecting the best supplier when purchasing transformers in the future.
