碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士在職專班 === 106 === Pump manufacturing has been developing up to now in Taiwan, no matter it is VFD (Variable frequency drive) pump for residential application or large fire hydraulic pump for industry, it has become a necessary equipment in daily life. In order to meet the increasing demands of tailor-made system products, and the growth of cross-strait economic activities between two sides and comply with Taiwan new Southbound Policy, skilled manpower shortages and gaps will be becoming issues. The purpose of this study is to identify the suitable lab supervisor who is capable of leading the team to achieve sales target, set-up strategical sales plan, carry out marketing research, and accommodate dynamic needs of hydraulic pump market thru scientific decision making effectively. This study has been developed by research papers and questionnaires conducted according to Delphi Method, and on that basis to discuss different types of criteria choosing suitable lab supervisor for hydraulic pump market. This study comes up with 4 types of evaluation prospects and 22 criteria, to establish the weights and priorities of the criteria by using the AHP method. The main idea is to identify which criteria are the critical factors for choosing lab supervisor systematically and scientifically. Professional specialty will be the top priority factor when assessing candidates, followed by leadership and personal character, especially in the area of working experience, teamwork and professional specialty are the most important factors have to be taken into consideration. Based on this study, a suitable candidate lab leader can be selected objectively and precisely for pump manufacturing industrial by all concerned.
