The physical properties, adhesion, hydrophilicity, surface roughness, thickness and anti-corrosion ability of the cationic resins were measured by the 100-grid adhesion tester, contact angle, optical microscopy, vernier caliper and AC impedance /Tafel method. The experimental data showed that the physical properties of the copper-coated resin after grinding are better than copper-coated resin without grinding. The overall anticorrosive abilities of the resin are: mixed NDM+DMP resin> NDM resin> BGE resin> M-14 resin> DMP resin. According to the results of 100-grid adhesion test, the adhesion grade of the copper-coated NDM+DMP resin is the best grade 0; the contact angle results show that the copper coated NDM+DMP resin is also the best of 96.7°. The thickness test showed that the thickness of the all films is about 0.06~0.09mm, standard deviation of 0.01mm. The impedance data -Z''(Ω) of mixed NDM+DMP resin before and after grinding are 665 Ω and 896 Ω; the corrosion potential are -0.1224(V) and -0.0993(V); the corrosion current density are 5.60E-08(A/cm²) and 2.49E-080(A/cm²); the corrosion current are 0.0012 and 0.0006.All the data could be concluded that copper-coated NDM+DMP resin had best anticorrosive effect.
