A case of neurosurgical related medical equipment used in neurological surgeons at hospitals of Southern Taiwan is selected for the study. Expert interview and Delphi are conducted to determine the hierarchical framework for the decision making structure to select the self-provided neurosurgical medical equipment. AHP is then utilized to identify the critical decision factors.
