Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士在職專班 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to construct a selection model for smart mobile device management systems. Based on the screening of the revised Delphi method prototype, a four-stage selection process was established. First, establish a selection model based on the consumer shopping process, and then use the revised information system success model as the basic selection indicator to join the functional characteristics, perceived value, perceived risk, information security and user resistance of the smart mobile device management systems.Establish the prototype index, and then conduct questionnaire interviews for experts, and then correct the selection indicators to reach the consensus consensus of experts, and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to sort the selection indicators, and derive the selection indicators of the smart mobile device management systems. Finally, the selection model of the smart mobile device management systems is constructed. The selection model of the smart mobile device management systems constructed in this study, in terms of academic contribution, the revised information system success model is more complete, and combined with the modified Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, proposes a set of construction methods for the selection model. Practical contribution for enterprises, the selection model of this research construction can be used to implement the scoring of the evaluation indicators according to the demand for the smart mobile device management systems to be imported, as a reference for selecting the system; The results of this study can serve as a reference for the revision and development of future smart mobile device management systems, enabling suppliers to provide smarter device management systems that are closer to the needs of enterprises.
