Therefore, the village office should ensure the organization is sound, strengthen the sense of mission of the village office and thoroughly follow the development of the "multi-functional" and "service-oriented" neighborhood residents service. This study is mainly concerned with exploring the impact of service innovation and service quality on the satisfaction of neighborhood residents service. By providing the village office and the Civil Affairs Bureaus and the administrative unit of the district office as the backing for the development of service innovation and service quality in the future. Many past service plans have become out of date due to changes of society, improvement of democratic system and rapid progress of science and technology. In a rapidly changing environment, it will soon be uncompetitive. At this time, chief of village is often the first line that can contact the neighborhood residents quickly, solve the demands of the neighborhood residents immediately and take the initiative to give appropriate service actions. Of course, the chances of winning the satisfaction of the neighborhood residents can also increase. A total of 142 questionnaires were collected in this study. Through the hypothesis verification, the actual test shows that service innovation and service quality can really make neighborhood residents satisfied and win more support.
