At the time raw materials should be dried and remove volatile materials. In addition, mold and exhaust in the production of a variety of auxiliary processing machine, with the mold flow analysis of hot spots within the mold cavity, for which the creation of exhaust gap, simulate the depth of the exhaust vent with three kinds of high polymer materials, ABS, PC, and PA66, which are divided into 8 groups, and they are 0.001mm, 0.002mm, 0.003mm, 0.004mm, 0.005mm, 0.006mm, 0.007mm, 0.008mm. With the mold flow to measure the depth of the exhaust groove, how much is grinded, so that all the gas in the mold cavity can be discharged.
In practice, three kinds of high polymer materials such as ABS, PC and PA66 were used to test the mold exhaust groove. The depth of the exhaust vent is divided into 0.005mm, 0.010mm, 0.015mm, 0.020mm, 0.025mm, 0.030mm, 0.035mm, 0.040mm, 0.045mm, 0.050mm. They are 10 groups in total. The depth parameters of the exhaust groove were discussed to influence the defects such as bubbles, burrs, and weight. With the exhaust groove set, so that the melt filled cavity smoothly to reduce defects.
