| Summary: | 碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 106 === With the method of questionnaire, the study aims to discuss the correlation between working pressure of navy supply personnel and management of national property. Among a total amount of 250 questionnaires, 217 had been receives (overall response rate:86.6%) and there are 171valid questionnaires remained after deducting 46invalid questionnaires. All the valid questionnaires were put into SPSS analysis with the method of narrative statistics, independent-sample t test, ANOVA and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation.
The following conclusions are obtained according to the analysis result:
1. Navy supply personnel all have medium or beyond medium level of sensing of working pressure towards management of national property.
The study result have found that when it comes to comparing the sensibility between working pressure and management of national property, the former showed higher level than the latter in the tested personnel.
2. Background variables
I. The variation of age and seniority both show significant difference in the variable of working pressure which indicates navy supply personnel who are under 40yearsold as well as under 15years of seniority experience higher level of working pressure.
II. The variation of marriage status show significant difference in management of national property which indicates that married navy supply personnel have better ability of managing national property.
3. Working pressure and management of national property show a result of significant correlation.
I. In all perspectives, working pressure and management of national property have a significant positive correlation.
II. There’s greatest correlation between workload of working pressure and operation perspective in management of national property.
