| Summary: | 碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程研究所 === 106 === This research is studied OLED and QLED patents, including patent technology, function, disclosure year, the first applicant, international patent classification code, the number of patents, the year of application, the country and the technical life cycle. By use of patent searching system, we can identify OLED and QLED difference between the technical market layout and advantages and disadvantages of the market opponents. We use Boolean function to reduce patents scope and find the patent we need. Finally we can propose patent technology function matrix to determine required functions and relevance of OLED and QLED.
We use the Republic of China patent searching system to determine whether the patent still exists, or still have a protective effect, whether the patent remains, the patent period is expired, the patent was canceled because of invalidation. The infringement of patent right can provide for applying for patent avoidance design considerations.
