Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to find the most influential factors to affect Vietnamese foreign workers’intention to stay. The study aims at the relationship between legal foreign workers and their employers. By comprehending Vietnamese foreign factory workers’feelings, this study discusses the relationships between their job satisfaction, living satisfaction and intention to stay. Data were collected through interviews and structured questionnaires. 100 valid questionnaires were analyzed through SPSS18.0 statistical tools. The results are shown as follows:
1. Job satisfaction, living satisfaction and intention to stay are at the middle level.
2. Vietnamese foreign workers, the workers who are older or married have higher job satisfaction.
3. Male foreign workers' living satisfaction is significantly higher than female foreign workers.
4. Male foreign workers' intention to stay is significantly higher than female foreign workers.
5. Vietnamese foreign workers whose job satisfaction is higher have higher living satisfaction.
6. Vietnamese foreign workers whose job satisfaction is higher have higher intention to stay.
7. Vietnamese foreign workers whose living satisfaction is higher have higher intention to stay.
8. Foreign workers' job satisfaction and living satisfaction positively affect their intention to stay, and the key affecting factors from high to low are salary, career growth, work environment, living support and accommodation.
Therefore, this study may suggest employers to pay more in-depth understanding of the concepts and needs of Vietnamese workers, help to improve the management system, and enhance worker satisfaction.
