Under the multiple roles conflict of learning and work pressure, suppose being not able to adapt to role pressures, it will affect the quality of life and work and then affect personal well-being. What kind of assistance can receive from the stratum of Social Support? Does it help to improve personal Well-Being?   The purpose of this study was to understand the status of conflict, Social Support, and Well-Being among the role-major students in the In-service Master's Program, and to explore the Social Support for the adjustment of conflicts and happiness between roles. Using the questionnaire survey method and taking the master students in the Greater Taipei area as subjects, 250 questionnaires were sent out, 236 were returned, 236 were valid, and the effective recovery rate was 100%.   In this study, we used SPSS statistical software to analyze data. The methods of data analysis were used for descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way anova, correlation analysis, and regression analysis.   The results of this study show that Inter-role conflicts has a negative impact on Well-Being, and that Social Support has a partial effect on the Well-Being of the Inter-role conflicts.
