The abundant and various pastries culture has been changed gradually along with times. Traditional pastries are gradually replaced by western ones. People will forget gradually the original significance and character of traditional pastries. Many of us and the elders grew up accompanied by those traditional pastries during important festivals. Whether red tortoise cake or mooncake made by rice and flour are typically associated with family gatherings and joy. The study presents the Taiwanese traditional festival pastries in a practical way. Choosing the significant pastries from each stage explain the making procedure and essentials. The process and introduction were recorded by the illustration. The study was expected the descendant to comprehend that the traditional festival pastries are culturally important to the Taiwanese agricultural society. The study also shares the method of traditional cake- making to provide practical methods and research and development of traditional festival pastries for academic and related industries reference.
