Our methodology is survey by questionnaires. A total of 360 copies of questionnaire were distributed to a population of preschool educators at public and private kindergartens in Changhua County and 332 valid copies were retrieved, presenting a valid retrieving rate at 92.2%. The statistic data of the questionnaire were analyzed and tested by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation and regressive analysis. Our findings are outlined as follows: 1. The use behavioral intention of network community in parent-teacher interactions by preschool educators in Changhua County is at medium to high level. 2. The external variable “emotional labor load” made no significant difference to teachers’ informational literacy, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward use or use behavioral intention. That suggests the preschool educators’ intention to use network community in parent-teacher interactions is not markedly affected by the level of emotional labor. 3. Variables of individual background, including preschool educator gender, nature and scale of institute, and habit of using network community had partial influences on the informational literacy, emotional labor load, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, and use behavioral intention of the teachers who used network community in parent-teacher interactions. 4. In preschool educators’ employment of network community in parent-teacher interactions, the teacher’s informational literacy had positive effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. 5. In preschool educators’ employment of network community in parent-teacher interactions, the emotional labor load had positive effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, but with lower predictability. 6. In preschool educators’ employment of network community in parent-teacher interactions, perceived ease of use had positive effect on perceived usefulness with highest predictability. 7. In preschool educators’ employment of network community in parent-teacher interactions, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had positive effect on attitude of use. 8.
