In order to sustain competitive advantage, companies will keep providing their customers superior services by all means, regardless its cost. In doing that, companies not only obtain their reputation, but also gain loyalty from outside customers who received superior service from satisfied workers inside the companies. This study explores the influence of service, quality of the long-term care institution on employees’ perceived value. This research used a questionnaire to survey employees in the Tainan who are staffed in the long-term care institution. The survey data were used SPSS 23.0 statistical software and analyzed Statistical.
