Has a considerable influence on the volunteers who are still in service. The purpose of this research is volunteer officers’ stress that influence their turnover intentions. Main purpose is to investigate the relation of volunteer officers’ back ground and the stress from military that influence their turnover intentions. It draws my attention due to the lack of volunteer officers in military and because I’m a volunteer officer. This study uses the volunteer serving of the military as the scope of the study. I’m using convenient sampling as research method. Using questionnaire method to gain information to get the result of the relation. The study found. Base on the result we provide specific suggestions for the military unit.
