碩士 === 康寧大學 === 休閒管理研究所 === 106 === Because more people are engaged in leisure activities, the leisure planning of the participants of the metropolitan park movement and the improvement of the quality of life and the value of life is increasingly important. The impacts of "sports participation motivation" and "sports facility satisfaction" have also become important discussion topics. Therefore, based on the motivation theory, this study uses an empirical approach to study the relationship among "sports participation motivation", "sports facility satisfaction" and "leisure benefit" of Taiwan Metropolitan Park Sports.The results of the study are as follows: There is a positive relationship between "motive participation motivation" and "sports facility satisfaction." When the metropolitan park sports players have the motivation to participate in activities, they will increase their "sports facilities satisfaction" level. From the content of the facets, it can be seen that the activities are important to the participants, happiness, mood change, interest and longing are most recognized by the participants, and they are mainly involved in the leisure sports.There is a positive relationship between "sports facilities satisfaction" and "casual benefits". When the athletes have high "sports facilities satisfaction", they will increase "casual benefits"."Motivation for participation in sports" has a positive relationship with "casual benefits". When the sports enthusiast recognizes that the service quality exceeds the desired service quality, it will enhance their “casual benefits”. Leisure sports have markedly improved the “physiological benefits,” “psychological benefits,” and “social benefits” of sports enthusiasts while improving sleep, physical, and family harmony.
