The subjects were teachers in 14 elementary schools in Tainan City. A paper-and-pencil questionnaire was administered to the teachers based on purposive sampling, and a total of 413 valid responses were obtained. These responses were analyzed using methods including descriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results were summarized as follows: 1. Social influence was positively and significantly related to behavioral intention. 2. Facilitating conditions were positively and significantly related to behavioral intention and use behavior. 3. Habit was positively and significantly related to behavioral intention and use behavior. 4. Mental accounting was negatively and significantly related to behavioral intention. 5. Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and perceived risk were not significantly related to behavioral intention. 6. Behavioral intention was positively and significantly related to use behavior.
