碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 建築學系碩士班 === 106 === In recent years, the elderly care issues discussed, because of the economic, cultural and demographic structure of Taiwan, aging in place and home care become the pursuit of direction and goals. The application in the fields of science and technology, the well-being of the elderly welfare building are discussed one by one. From the past literature, we can see that the elderly will face aging caused by a variety of physical and spiritual changes and life inconvenience. And the effects of dementia caused by particularly severe. The care for the whole family also brings great impact and dramatic changes. Although dementia has not developed effective and good treatment, the literature shows that the appropriate environmental stimuli, physical activities, spiritual... Etc., (etc.). These can prevent and delay the disease and deterioration. Similarly, aging in place the most important implementation is in the period of the extension and ill health care early, if can extend this period, for the elderly and their family and society on whether the economic burden or human care demand can be effectively reduced, its positive effect is not underestimated. The elderly in the related research fields are mostly longitudinal development. The purpose of this study is to make an integrated and integrated cross field development, to explore the application of the interactive device in preventing the non drug physical therapy of dementia, and to find out the principles that should be paid attention to and followed in the housing space for the elderly. In the study, literature analysis was used to limit the range of five senses of the elderly, the physical, psychological, and social and athletic abilities of the elderly, and the design of the interactive devices used to enable the elderly to use sensory design methods. To find out the reference factors for space design and to observe records and interviews through actual action, in order to understand the elders ' acceptance of the design of physical therapy space for the interaction device and the reference of constructing the prevention space. In conclusion, Non-drug physical therapy for the use of interactive devices in the elderly residential space has positive significance to the perception, residence and treatment space, and a reference design example is put forward, and the reference design examples are put forward to give a general reference project and explain.
