People in nowadays can get in touch, communicated and etc. easily by surfing internet such as Facebook, Line, Wechat, Beetalks and etc. Moreover, there are many businesses and companies are interested to take the internet to run their own business which it can be in term of advertisement, promotion, message sender and etc. In order to understand more about the quality of service and satisfaction, the summarization is following: The most of the people who answering the questionnaires are single male students with age around 20-29, education is in Bachelor’s degree. In additional, these people are the biggest group of people who like to surf the internet to shop online especially cosmetics. Most of the people have thoughts about service quality of Facebook store are like purchasing must be very convenient, service must be fast and languages must be understandable easily, service provider must be able to compare 2 or more products and explain to the customers about the differences, website must be credible, service provider must care about customer’s benefits too, service to match with customers’ need like product is the same as the one they customer orders, the status of delivery can be checked by customers. The study about the relationship of characteristics of demography to satisfaction of Thai people who purchase on Facebook, the occupations where are satisfied on Facebook purchasing are students, business owner, and etc. Moreover, those 3 types of occupation have higher than office worker and government officer. In additional, other types of demography such as sex, age, income, status and education have no relation with satisfaction from purchasing online on Facebook. Thus, service quality in term of understanding customers has overall highest satisfaction. Service quality in term of credibility comes as the second high satisfaction etc.
