He success of the marketing strategies of a retail business necessitates not only the efficacy of the decisions but also costumer retention and loyalty. This research aims to build a model in order to predict which customers repurchase and become loyal by analyzing past retail sales history through data mining under the condition of using coupons during a sales campaign. This study used the decision trees and Logistic regression of WEKA was data analysis. The best model was REPTree model. The results can be provided to other retail companies for their business decisions.
