By using the project of “The Study of the Flourishing Teacher” form Survey Research Data Archive (SRDA) in Academia Sinica, this study aims to explore the relative influential factors of the flourishing well-being. The factors of this study were classified as subjective well-being, spiritual well-being, depression and flourishing scale. Methods used to analyze collected data included descriptive statistics, one-Way MANOVA, structural equation modeling (SEM) and SmartPLS. The results of the study summarized as follows: (a) different types of teaching schools and area had no significant differences in subjective well-being, spiritual well-being, depression and flourishing scale; different education had no significant differences in spiritual well-being; different gender and frequency of religious activities had no significant differences in flourishing scale; (b) In terms of the effect about depression toward flourishing scale, subject well-being and spiritual well-being had partial mediation effect; (c) IPMA results of the study showed subjective well-being and spiritual well-being are very important to flourishing scale.
