This study investigated the effect of corporate culture on positive organizational behavior and job performance. This study was conducted by issuing paper questionnaires to employees working in the hotel industry in Taiwan from August to September 2017. Total of 13 hotels, with a total of 307 copies, 250 valid paper questionnaires and a recovery rate of 81% .The data was analyzed by SPSS Statistics 22.0. The results of the empirical findings show that corporate culture has a significant positive impact on the positive organizational behavior of employees in the hotel industry; positive organizational behavior significantly influences job performance, as does corporate culture, and positive organizational behavior also has a partial effect on corporate culture and job performance. Based on these conclusions, recommendations are provided as a useful reference for managers, to improve the interaction model between employees and enterprise, and to provide points of reference for future researchers.
