This study attempts to understand the impact of manufacturing supply chain integration and state support on firm performance in the Mainland. Among them, the degree of integration between suppliers and customers to measure supply chain integration; customer service capacity is based on market-oriented and customer response capacity to measure; organizational structure as a regulatory factor; and with the national support and corporate performance. The research method takes customer service ability and national support as the intermediary factors of supply chain integration and enterprise performance, and the organizational structure as the adjustment factor, and analyzes the relationship between the variables through the structural equation model. The results found as follows: (1) Customer integration and supplier integration have a significant positive impact on customer service capabilities. (2) There is a significant positive relationship between customer service capability and corporate performance. (3) The organizational structure has partial adjustment effect on supply chain integration and customer service capabilities.
