碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 106 === The purpose of the study is to conduct a research about self-efficacy of the junior high school teachers and learning performance of students in resource classes. By using the results of SNEL100 teacher questionnaire, analyses of this study were descriptive statistics, 1-Way MANOVA, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling (SmartPLS). The results of the study summarized as follows: There is a significant difference between male and female students in "classroom performance" and "learning adaptation" in terms of gender of the students. In terms of teacher's highest education level, only "Academic Performance" is significant; the interest in "Teaching Effectiveness" has an impact on learning achievement achievements through "Classroom Performance" mediation, and "Teaching Effectiveness" has an impact on the achievement of "Discipline Performance" through "Classroom Performance" mediation. This study has provided concrete conclusion and suggestions as future references for parents, school administrative teams, teachers, and further research.
