By using the results of SNEL100 teacher questionnaire, analyses of this study were descriptive statistics, 1-Way MANOVA, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling (SmartPLS). The results of the study summarized as follows: There is a significant difference between male and female students in "classroom performance" and "learning adaptation" in terms of gender of the students. In terms of teacher's highest education level, only "Academic Performance" is significant; the interest in "Teaching Effectiveness" has an impact on learning achievement achievements through "Classroom Performance" mediation, and "Teaching Effectiveness" has an impact on the achievement of "Discipline Performance" through "Classroom Performance" mediation. This study has provided concrete conclusion and suggestions as future references for parents, school administrative teams, teachers, and further research.
