The electronic commerce provides consumers with a wide variety choicesof shopping. Because of the rapid progress in technology, the operation of electronic commerce has changed in its essence. As a result,thisstudy aimed at gaining the key success factors of e-Commerce. We used Modified Delphi Method to explore the critical factors of e-Commerce,and then,used AHP to get the critical success factors of e-Commerce. The result showed that the most important constructs are the transaction security,customer service,payment mechanism,and reputation of e-Commerce. The top five key success factorsof e-commerce arethe confidentiality of customerinformation, safe mechanism of goods delivery, secure payment mechanism, goods delivery service, and reputable sellers.
