When the economy is booming, it can make a profit. When the economy is bad, the company may also face operational crisis. Therefore, this paper intends to explore the operating performance of Taiwan's liquid crystal display module manufacturers in order to identify the best performing companies and provide reference for other companies to improve. The data envelopment analysis (DEA) method was used in this study including the CCR model and BCC model, followed by sensitivity analysis and Tobit regression analysis. We discussed the impact factor of its efficiency value for the 11 LCD module manufacturers in Taiwan from 2013 to 2017. After the study, we found: 1. Under the CCR model and BCC model, Promate Solutions Corporation performed the best overall scale efficiency value. The reason for the inefficiency of other manufacturers' scales was largely influenced by technology inefficiency. 2.According to the sensitivity analysis, operating income is more sensitive to the analysis of this study. Each manufacturer should increase its operating income to improve its operating performance. 3. According to the Tobit regression analysis, it is known that the top ten shareholders' shareholding ratio and the proportion of employees with master's or higher ratios have significant positive effects on the operating efficiency of the manufacturers.
