Through in-depth interviews, we understand that the workplace friendship relationship among employees of the company is formed naturally through mutual learning and teaching. Our colleagues uphold the principle of equality and mutual benefit, inspire each other to help each other accomplish their tasks, through the same social entertainment to understand each other, and are willing to share their all, in order to maintain and deepen friendship link. Whether it is bonuses, recognition in kind or speech and the creation of a safe working environment, employees can feel the importance and recognition of the company so as to increase their retention willingness.
