If the timely availability of a large number of healthy seedlings is the basis for the subsequent production of cabbage. In order to be able to solve the current market demand for nursery seedlings, such as increasing the rate of seed excavated, shorten the unearthed cycle and reduce the occurrence of diseases transmitted effectively reduce the amount of pesticides after planting, thus creating high-quality seedlings. In this study, cabbage and kale seeds were used as materials to influence the seed germination, subsequent seedling growth and microbial content of seeds and seedlings through different seed treatments (including high-voltage electric field, ultrasonic, bactericide, brassinolide). The preliminary results of seed germination and the growth of seedlings showed that the use of brassene lactone 1.00 g / L, soaking for 8 hours, drying 48 hours treatment group, significantly improved compared with the control group, Among them, the unearthed rate increased significantly by 17.5%, and the unearthed time was significantly shortened by 0.8 days; the microbial content of seeds and seedlings showed that the high-voltage electric field 2 KV/cm with ultrasonic wave 300 W and the alternate treatment of different bactericide showed a significant decrease compared with the control group, the number of bacteria in the seeds and plants decreased by 150.5 and 16.0 Cfu respectively with the bactericide 0.57 g/L kasugamycin+copper oxychloride; the number of seeds and plant fungi decreased significantly by 30.5 and 12.5 Cfu with the sterilizing agent 1.33 g/L bordeaux mixture. The use of high-voltage electric field and ultrasonic treatment of seeds, with simple operation, low consumption and high efficiency, small investment, non-polluting and other characteristics of the appropriate high-voltage electric field and ultrasonic treatment can effectively enhance the seed vitality.
